- Next, type another word NAME & send it to 43430.
- After that, you will got a message from the company, in which you have to click on the reset link and enter the details you receive in your message.

Once you click on the link it will redirect you to Giffgaff change password page. Now under I want to be contacted by choose Text option.
- Enter your registered mobile number along with username and click on submit button.
- Next you will get a message containing a password reset link with 1-2 minutes.
- Click on the link or enter the link in your web browser, choose a new password here. Try to set your password in a alphanumeric way.
- If it ask to store a password click on allow as it will help you to recover your password in case you don’t remember.

If this method doesn’t work for you then you have only option to contact customer care agent ask them to send reset link.

The only option left is talking to customer care agent & share all the information that you have to forget your password & cannot access the registered email. After that ask the agent to send a reset link to a new email address.
Here you have to first clear security checks and answer some of the questions before proceeding further. Like your full name, registered address etc.
After security checks give all the information to the agent (as much you know) or you can take help from your last monthly bill.
